Exceptional
Everything was excellent! the staff are really nice and helpful, they were always there for any support on how to use the different cool facilities in the room. they were also happy to answer some questions about the city and gave us some great recommendations. The room was calm, clean, had everything we needed and just like we saw it in the pictures. Really recommend this stay!

Room was great, very spacious comfortable bed and clean.
Extremely rude unhelpful and nasty woman at the reception desk when checking out. The rest of the staff were great.

The room
The washing machine didn’t work. The photos showed a room with long sofa. We were given room 803 however when l saw room 202 to do my laundry because the washing machine in room 803 didnt work, l was shocked that the size of the room is bigger! I am not sure if l was shortchanged or not as during booking l can only see one option which led me to believe that all rooms are the same. I paid £198 for two nights; is it the same rate for all rooms?

Spacious apartment in a great location
Location was great. Room was spacious, bed comfy.
It’s close to the railway line so there was some noise but it wasn’t as terrible as I thought it would be. I also wish they had a! 11am check out rather than 10am.
